We want you to be happy with your purchase! We understand however that sometimes your purchase may be not exactly what you want or what you expected. Perhaps the fit wasn’t quite right. Or maybe the color didn’t match. Regardless, you are welcome to return your purchase for a full refund, or an exchange. Following is our Returns and Exchangers policy.
- Purchases can be returned up to 60 days after the date that you received your order.
- Products must be in the original box and/or packaging.
- Products must be in the original condition that they were received. Shoes can be tried on a carpeted floor and returned as long as the soles show no wear and the uppers are not creased or bent.
- Many or our orders are shipped directly from the vendors that we represent. Returns cannot be sent back to the manufacturer and will not be accepted. Returns must be sent back to our location at the address below:

- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional time after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
- Sherman Brothers does not pay for the return shipping (unless in the case of defective merchandise or if a mistake was made by us on your order.) You are welcome to choose the shipper however we recommend UPS, FedEx or U.S. Postal service. Be sure to choose a shipper where you can track the packages progress. Also confirm that the full value of your purchase is insured. We cannot be responsible for shipments that are lost or do not get delivered to us.
