Firstly, I have nothing against Sherman Brothers, they transacted things just fine. But I would stay clear of these shoes. Also, I'm not sure the picture they have up is of the actual shoes you'll receive -mine look considerably different. The leather is very soft so putting them on to try them will create creases which means you're stuck with them. My situation. Secondly, the finish was just not very good for a $600 shoe. Really disappointing. This was my first pair of Alden shoes but I think they will be my last. The sole edges are sloppily finished, I've noticed small blemishes in the leather and just a lack of care. I normally buy British shoes, I have most of the brands, and even the cheap Loakes are better finished. Really disappointed.

Customer Service is 10+++. Jeffrey discussed this shoe with me and we agreed that 9.5B would work in the Copley last. Usually wear 10B in Aberdeen last. Fantastic fit. Thank You.
